MYINDICI

This is an online patient portal that can enable you to have greater access to us as your healthcare provider. You will be able to make appointments online, request repeat prescriptions, see test results, send a secure message to the practice or make payments to your account. As ordering repeat prescriptions will be easier, they will also be $5 cheaper if you order them this way. Please note that you need to first register for MYINDICI, at no cost, to access to your MYINDICI patient portal.

Terms & Conditions for use of service

These services are NOT to be used for anything urgent. Should the enquiry be urgent then please contact the practice on 03 578 0199 to discuss further or call 111 if you require immediate medical attention. 

All MYINDICI services (Secure emails & Script Requests) are sent to our Health Care Assistant where after it will be forwarded to the appropriate Doctor/Clinician for review. This is to ensure that your inquiry is dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and to avoid any delays should your normal Doctor be away sick or on leave. All inquiries are dealt with in the utmost discretion and will be responded to as soon as possible.

A charge may be incurred for using this service. The clinician or recipient of the request has the sole discretion as to when a transaction is completed and charged for, based on the time taken to complete the request. Should the Doctor/Clinician deem it necessary that a consultation be required to address the matter further we will be in contact. By agreeing to use this service you agree to pay the associated fee within 7 days after the transaction is completed, should fees apply.

Urgent/Same day scripts should NOT be ordered through MYINDICI. Please phone our script line on 03 578 0199 option 2 and leave a detailed message with your name, number, address and required medication and which pharmacy you would like it to be sent. Urgent/Same day scripts requested after 2pm will only be processed the following working day.

The Service description together with the Terms and Conditions for each individual service is noted and agreed to prior to continuing with the selected service on MYINDICI. Please read these carefully before continuing with your selection.
