CIVIC Family Health Care is located in a purpose-built practice on Arthur Street, in the middle of Blenheim’s CBD. Entry is via the carpark that was once used for the Old Civic Theatre. The practice hosts ten consult rooms, a quick consult room, nurses consult, triage facility, treatment room, a 20 person wait room, two subwait stations, and an adjacent pharmacy. We want you to feel at home at our and your practice. You should feel welcome and well looked after here and we encourage your feedback so that we can keep improving.

Car Parking

There are 15 carparks available in the carpark near the entrance of the CIVIC Practice. There is also 2 hour parking in the Countdown carpark, and a short walk over the crossing will bring you to our door.

TRIAGE

We are putting processes in place to better handle the urgent needs of our patients and same-day appointments. When you phone for a same-day appointment, your name and number will be taken by our lovely phone team. They will ask how we can help so they can best direct you to the right clinician. Within 60 minutes you will be phoned back by a triage nurse, who will talk to you to find out what the best plan is for your concerns. Our aim is to provide more convenient, appropriate, and timely care to meet your needs.
